Growing in Worship

Growing in Worship is the defined time in the worship service that the small children are called forward and a short topic is discussed with them in front of the congregation. This time is usually after the general announcements and just before the reading of scripture. Some times the lesson is discussed by one of the pastors, and other times by a lay member of the church. A short prayer is said and the children return to their seats. We do this to include ALL the children of God and we want the younger children to know we want them to learn as well.
